An Cosán

BACKGROUND

An Cosán is an Irish charity that provides people of all ages with pathways to learning, leadership and enterprise. An Cosán offers a variety of programmes in early years education and care, parenting, community, further and higher education. Through its online Adult Education programmes An Cosán brings its ethos beyond Jobstown in Tallaght, Dublin to locations across Ireland through its Community Partners. 

In 2021 An Cosán is running two development education projects. 1. The "Fatherhood" project explores issues of parenting and care and family rights, across 4 EU countries.  2. The other project aims to integrate development education into An Cosán's adult courses in community development and leadership.
